Customer status

Learn how to define customer statuses for public and staff view.

Customer status contains two tables, (ACSTBL) Actor Status STAFF and (ACSTPL) Actor Status PUBLIC. In these tables, you can edit the description of the customer statuses as they appear in the system. The values of the statuses are fixed and cannot be changed. Multiple membership rules can be applied to a customer account, depending on the status. These rules can apply to the customer for a related period (for example, "New customer" might apply to the customer until they provide proof of address).

Customer statuses

The customer status is always displayed in the staff client for the period in which the client's work date falls. Customer statuses can be assigned the following values:

Status value Description
0/1 - New New customer. This status is assigned immediately after the customer is registered.
2 - Invoiced The customer has a membership cost debt. The period for which this amount is charged has not yet started.
3 - Reminder The customer has a membership fee and the period for which this amount is charged has already started.
4 - Delinquent Similar to status 3, but according to the institution, the membership status is now considered delinquent.
5 - Normal Normal. The customer does not owe membership costs.
6 - Internet registration Registered via the internet, customer data has been verified.
7 - INVALID Registered via the internet, the registration process is ongoing and not all data has been received and/or verified.
8 - Banned

The customer's membership has ended. Status 8 was assigned manually. The purpose of status 8 is to register the intention to exclude a customer as a new member in the future (they are blocked from re-registering).

When registering new customers, the system will show possible duplicates with status 8 based on birth date and surname.

9 - Expired The customer's membership has ended.
