Why is the icon for an item type incorrect?

This is configured in the Wise Manager. Follow this path to find where to change it: Manager > OCLC Wise > Titles and SCAT Management > Titles > System Tables > (MDT) Media Type. Then find the item type in question, click Detail, and check the Web Icon and BNG Icon configurations.
