Why am I not able to import EDI invoices into Order administration?

Symptom
  • When I upload an EDI invoice, the invoice does not appear in Order administration as an invoice to import.

  • Wise staff client
Resolution

EDI invoices must have the file extension ".EDI" (as opposed to .pdf, .doc, etc) in order for them to appear in Order administration after being uploaded. Please make sure that the invoice has the ".EDI" extension in the filename before uploading it.
