Incorrect or missing elements on screens
Symptom
- When working in the Staff Client the window you see displays incorrect fields or doesn't display fields you expect to see.

- Wise
Resolution
Clear your Wise cache using: Branch Management > Workplace Management > clear cache, then restart the Staff Client. If that does not work, take a screenshot of what you are seeing and contact OCLC Support with your name, library symbol, the screenshot and the steps you have taken to get to that screen.
