How can an expired Wise customer account be renewed?

Resolution

Wise customer accounts can be renewed using the following steps:

  1. In the Wise client, go to the customer's record in Customer administration.
  2. Click on the Fee tab.
  3. Click Change at the bottom of the screen.
  4. Click Change membership below the Library cards table. A confirmation message appears.
  5. Click Yes. A Membership selection window opens.
  6. Choose the membership type to be renewed and click OK.
  7. Click Save at the bottom of the Customer administration screen. A confirmation window opens, if there is a cost associated with the membership type, it appears here.
  8. Click OK. The account is updated. The password is not reset, and the membership end date is extended.
