How can an expired Wise customer account be renewed?

Resolution
Wise customer accounts can be renewed using the following steps:
- In the Wise client, go to the customer's record in Customer administration.
- Click on the Fee tab.
- Click Change at the bottom of the screen.
- Click Change membership below the Library cards table. A confirmation message appears.
- Click Yes. A Membership selection window opens.
- Choose the membership type to be renewed and click OK.
- Click Save at the bottom of the Customer administration screen. A confirmation window opens, if there is a cost associated with the membership type, it appears here.
- Click OK. The account is updated. The password is not reset, and the membership end date is extended.
