EDI order import doesn't update to Finishing status

Symptom
  • You import an EDI MARC order file and the MARC data completes, but the status does not update.

Resolution

Check to make sure that the vendor information is set up correctly in the Wise Configuration Manager under Management organizations > Addresses > Central vendors table
