Missing items

Generate a report of items in Missing status.

The Missing items overview provides a report of items with the status M - Missing.

To create this overview:

  1. Go to Items > Overviews > Missing items. The Missing items window opens.
  2. Provide overview information. Required fields are marked with an (*) asterisk.
    Field Description
    Branches* Choose the branch(es) to be included in the report. Use ctrl+click to select multiple branches. If left blank, all branches will display.
    Missing since* (up to and including) Provide the period of time when items were reported missing.
    SCAT

    Select the SCAT(s) for which the report will be generated. Use ctrl+click to select multiple SCATs.

     Note: Do not use ctrl+A to select all SCATs. This could cause the report to time out.

    Shelf Choose the shelf for which the items will display. If left blank, the report will include all shelves. Use ctrl+click to select multiple shelves.
    Sorting*

    Select the sorting order for the report display:

    • 1 - walking route
    • 2 - shelf code

    The default sorting order is walking route.

  3. Click Create report. The report is generated in a new browser window.

The overview displays the following information:

  • Author
  • Title
  • Barcode
  • Material type
  • Lost date
  • Label
