RCB Progress report
The RCB Progress report displays the progress of the collection at the time it is generated.
The RCB Progress report displays the progress of the collection at the time it is generated. To generate the report:
- Go to Items > BCB/RCB reports > RCB Progress report. The RCB Progress report screen appears.
- Provide the details for the report. Fields marked with an (*) asterisk are required.
Field Description Collection profile* Select a collection profile from the drop-down list. Branch(es) Branches are displayed if Branch is selected for Sorting. Use ctrl+click to select multiple branches. - Click Create report. The report is generated and opens in your web browser.

Example: Create a progress report to display the progress of a collection.
- Go to Items > BCB/RCB reports > RCB Progress report. The RCB Progress report screen appears.
- Select a Collection profile from the drop-down list.
- Select a the branch you want to evaluate from the Branch(es) drop-down list.
- Click Create report. The report is generated and opens in your web browser.
The first portion of the report contains information about planning and the second portion of the report contains current information.
View the RCB Progress report
The RCB Progress report displays the following information:

| Planned discards | Planned number of items to be withdrawn |
| Average price | Average price per item |
| Planned budget | Amount planned for budget |
| 'Available' budget | Holdings percentage of the part of the collection, extrapolated to branch budget |
| 'Available' acquisition | Available budget amount : average price = number |
| Current holdings | Current amount of holdings |
| Current lending | The current number of items lent |
| Actual circ. freq. | Actual lending frequency |
| Current acquisition | Purchased up to this date |
| Acquisition balance | The amount left reserved for acquisitions |
| Current withdrawals | Amount withdrawn up to this date |
| Withdrawal balance | If the balance is 0, planning determines the work to be done. The balance is determined over time. |
| Partial budget | Budget number |
| Partial description | Name/description of the budget |
