Items action list

Learn how to create and use an item action list.

The Items action list is accessible from both the BCB/RCB reports menu and the Items overviews menu in the Wise staff client..

To create the Items action list overview:

  1. Go to Items > BCB/RCB reports > Items action list. The Items action list overview window opens.
  2. Provide overview information. Required fields are marked with an (*) asterisk.
    Field Description
    Branches* Choose the branch for which the report will display.
    Items

    Select an option:

    • B - only available items
    • A - all items
    Actions

    Select the action(s) you wish to view in the report. Use ctrl+click to select multiple actions.

    A Discard BCB
    G Route Change Route collection
    H Location Change BCB
    I Policy Change BCB
    J To Warehouse BCB
    K Shelf Change BCB
    R Misrouted Route collection
    V Sell BCB
    W Return to owner Changing collection
  3. Click Create report. The report is generated in a new browser window.

The report displays the following information:

  • Shelf
  • Label
  • Title
  • Author
  • Item barcode
  • Action
