Fee revenue per year (Invoiced)

Learn how to create a report of invoiced fee revenue per year.

The Fee revenue per year (Invoiced) overview provides insight into the invoiced membership fee revenue per year for an organization during a specified period. In this overview, the invoiced amount is divided between the current financial year and the next financial year.

This function is only important for libraries that want to create a balance sheet item called "fees received in advance" at the end of a fiscal year.

To create this overview:

  1. Go to Financial > Overviews > Fee revenue per year (invoiced). The Fee revenues by year (invoiced) screen opens.
  2. Provide overview information. Required fields are marked with an (*) asterisk.
