Texts in the user portal
In the customer portal, various messages can be displayed during ticket purchasing. These messages (Defined in the Wise configuration manager at ticketWise > Event management > Text types.) can be created in the Wise client at Tickets > Event management.
Ticket sales in the user portal
It is possible to purchase tickets without being signed into the customer interface. Users who do not have library accounts will be prompted to create an account at checkout.
Customers can keep tickets of multiple events in their cart at a time. The tickets will remain in the cart for 10 minutes. The counter is refreshed to 10 minutes each time something is changed in the cart, or when the customer views the cart again.
Note: A user may only have 10 tickets in their cart at a time unless they are signed in.
