Membership groups
Learn how to define text groups per membership type in the Wise configuration manager.
The membership groups table is used to define alternate text groups based on the membership type. This allows you to send a different message to certain customers.
Membership groups is in the Wise configuration manager at OCLC Wise > Products and services > Memberships > Card Configuration > Membership groups.
| Field | Description |
|---|---|
| Organization | The library organization associated with the membership group. |
| Membership | The membership type associated with the membership group. |
| Type | Select a message type from the drop-down menu. |
| Description | Description of the membership group. |
| Text group | Select a text group from the drop-down menu. 01 is the default text group. |
