System tables
BCB System tables are located in the Wise configuration manager at OCLC Wise > Collections > Collection management BCB > System tables.
(BCBGRP) BCB groups
After creating Collection clusters, a BCB group can be added in the Wise configuration manager at Collections > Collection management BCB > System tables > (BCBGRP) BCB groups.

| Branch | Automatically defined by the system - 0000 |
| Code | A unique, four-digit numerical code.
Note: It is recommended to use 0001 for the first group, 0002 for the second, etc. |

| Branch cluster |
The code of the Branch cluster associated with the group. See (G_VSI) Branch clusters for more information. |
| Archive interval | The frequency in which BCB analysis data is stored. One week is recommended at the start of BCB implementation. |
| Collection cluster |
The code of the Collection cluster associated with the group. See (G_VSI) Branch clusters for more information. |
| BCB administrator | Select the appropriate BCB branch. |
| Purchasing and clearance | |
| BCB acquisition profiles | Select an Acquisition profile from the drop-down menu. |
