What is the "Reference (Where)" button and why is it on this OPAC record?

Answer
The "Reference (Where)" button is triggered when a lending block is on an item for the title record in question. This button will also appear in the OPAC search results if the title only contains that blocked item. If there is a blocked item and an unblocked item, the search results will display "Available (Where)."
