Some items are checking in with the code 0209 and a message: "Item has been blocked."

Symptom
  • Some of your items are displaying an "item blocked" message when checked in.
Applies to
  • Wise staff client
Resolution

Check to see whether the items are connected to patrons with a lost-fee charge equal to the item price. This charge results in a status of U and sub-status of N (invoiced), which indicates the item was migrated to Wise already having been invoiced in the previous system.
