Is it possible to set a desk text to not display a notification?

Answer

To set a rule for a desk text:

  1. Navigate to OCLC Wise > Desk management > Desk pattern.
  2. Click New for a new row. You will see a dialog box.
  3. Specify a pattern. These patterns are assigned to users and will determine the user experience with texts. This will be reflected in the Desk pattern field in systemWise > Access codes and authorizations > Access authorizations.
  4. Type in the notification number and choose the desired action.
  5. Click OK. The row is created. Any leading zeroes are left out of the notification number display.
