Access to data
It is important to note that not all data in Wise is accessible to staff.
At the institution level, minimum authorizations have been configured for the selections available at the institution level. These must be configured in the Wise configuration manager. For more information, contact your system administrator or see Wise role functions.

Restrictions in scope and the system load
Working with sets of data places a strain on the resources of the Wise system. When creating large sets of data, you may experience system slowdown.
A hard limit of one million records is built into the reporting system. A report cannot contain over a million lines in a selected set. We advise larger users to use MySQL or other external tools for analyzing larger log files directly.
When performing a selection, Wise may display a message: Error while performing selections. This error is generally the result of a time-out in the system.
