Push notifications
Learn how to create a report of push notifications sent to customers inboxes from the Wise staff client.
Push notifications are messages sent directly to the customer's My Account inbox. The log of push notifications are stored with a unique ID (branch-year-day number). These log lines can be retrieved in report form using the Push notifications menu option.
To create this overview:
- Go to Notification > Overviews > Push notifications. The Push notifications overview screen opens.
- Provide overview information. Required fields are marked with an (*) asterisk.
Field Description Branch (1) Select the branch for which to run the report. Day* Enter the day for which to create the report. -
Click Create report. The report is generated in a new browser window.
The report displays the number of push notifications sent per branch, per day. It shows which notifications were successful and whether the messages were being sent correctly.
