Customer block checklist
Generate a report of changes made to customer blocks for your library in the Wise staff client.
The Customer block checklist report provides an overview of changes made regarding customer blockages.
Generate a Customer block checklist report
- Go to Customers > Overviews > Customer block checklist. A selection window appears.
- Provide the details for the report. Fields marked with an (*) asterisk are required.

Enter the start and end dates for which the report should be generated. |
| Block type |
The type of block that has been changed. Options include:

- Click Create report. The report is generated and opens in your web browser.
Customer block checklist report output
The report displays the following information:
| Field | Description |
|---|---|
| Action time | The date and time the block was changed. |
| Actor | The actor_id and the customer name (including preferred names, if present). |
| Author | The actor_id and name of the staff member that changed the block. |
| Branch | The branch code and description of the branch where the block was changed. |
| Block type | The type of block that has been changed. |
| Action |
The action that was taken when changing the block. Actions include:
