Previous checkouts
Customers can view a list of items that they have previously checked out by clicking Previous checkouts in My account. This overview also includes currently checked-out items.
In order to view any previously checked out items, the customer must have their loan history enabled. Loan history can be enabled by the customer via the Historical overview setting found in My account details or by staff from the Properties tab in Customer Administration in the Client. The list of checkouts can be sorted using the Sort on drop-down at the top of the list. Checkouts can be sorted by:
- Check-out date
- Title
- Author
By default, 10 items are displayed in the list. Select an option from the Show number drop-down list to increase the number of items displayed on the page or click Print the full list to print the list.
