Report loss of library card
Find information on how to block the use of a lost card from My account.
Customers can report a library card as missing via My account by clicking Report loss of library card. Once clicked, all library cards associated with the customer will be listed.
Note: The ability to report a card as lost depends on the My Menu configuration set in the Manager.
Customers can click the Report card missing button next to the card that has been lost to block the use of the card. If the card is later found, the customer will need to contact the library to have the card unblocked, as this cannot be changed from My account.
