Newsletter statistics

Learn how to create reports for newsletter and marketing statistics in the Wise staff client.

Newsletter statistics can be generated from the Newsletter function in the staff client.

Newsletter statistics 

The Newsletter statistics overview provides a report for all newsletters generated by your organization and data about those newsletters.

To create the Newsletters statistics report:

  1. In the staff client, go to Branch management > Newsletters > Newsletter statistics. The Newsletter statistics window opens.
  2. Make selections for the report:
    • Select your Organization from the drop-down list.
    • (Optional) Enter Sent/up to and including dates. If no dates are entered, all newsletters will be included.
  3. Click Create report. The report is generated in a browser window.

The Newsletter statistics report includes the following information:

  • Message ID
  • Title
  • Sent on
  • Quantity sent
  • Newsletters opened
  • % opened
  • Link followed
  • Log-out link followed
  • Click total

Marketing statistics 

The Marketing statistics overview provides a report for messages sent from the Marketing workbench.

To create the Marketing statistics report:

  1. In the staff client, go to Branch management > Newsletters > Marketing statistics. The Marketing statistics window opens.
  2. Make selections for the report. Select your Institution from the drop-down list.
  3. Click Create report. The report is generated in a browser window.

The Marketing statistics report includes the following information:

  • Marketing messages sent
    • Message ID
    • Description
    • Action date
    • Quantity
    • Status
    • Message number
    • Message job
    • Notification date
  • Clicked on link or logo displayed
    • Message ID
    • Description
    • Action
    • Quantity
  • Clicked on maintenance message (labels/unsubscribed)
    • Message ID
    • Description
    • Action date
    • Quantity
