New My account – Community list avatars	Some creature avatars have distinctive features that are race, age, gender, or cultural stereotypes – and not appropriate for use by our libraries. New My account > My account details	When editing the email field, the modal does not close after selecting ‘Save’. Patron had to explicitly ‘Close’ the modal.  (Updated information is saved.) Console – Customer record > Financial	When attempting to resolve charges in the Console, some monetary values will leave one cent attached to the item, effectively keeping the transaction from clear the material.	Processing of the monetary transactions has been updated so that all values will pay the amount provided by the patron.	04/14/2025
New OPAC	A shopping cart is displayed in the header of the new OPAC.	The header of the new OPAC now displays a shopping basket.	04/14/2025
New OPAC/new My account > My details	A person with only a newsletter and no subscription received an error message when changing their address.	Newsletter members can change their address without receiving an error message.	04/07/2025
Client - Messages > notes	When preparing the invoice registrations, the message 'failed' occasionally appeared.	Once the procedure (in the DB) is started it will be completed but the processing time may be too long for the waiting client and the 'Failed' message will be displayed. The problem is solved by keeping the connection open longer so that bxmas has enough time to send back an answer.	04/07/2025
Client	The color of the client's status icon makes it appear as if the client is not reachable or functioning properly.	The status is now shown more accurately.	04/07/2025
Client - Titles > Overviews	Order overview at initial location was not grouped correctly, causing confusion.	The query has been adjusted so that the order overview is now correct.	04/07/2025
Client - Customers > Overviews > Customer count report	Previously the membership description on the report did not match the membership number for each of the lines. The description repeated itself for each line regardless of the membership number.	The membership description is now correct for the membership number on the report	04/07/2025
New OPAC	If a web link is configured in the MARC record, it did not display in the new OPAC or Joomla.	The processing has been updated to correct the issue. The weblink now displays in the More information tab as expected.	04/07/2025
Restapi Client – Customer administration - Notifications	Restapi/patron/{patronSystemId}/library/{libraryId}/notice only returned the first notification, even when multiple fields were filled in.	All completed notifications will now be displayed, empty fields will be skipped.	03/31/2025
Console	Only the logged in branch is displayed when staff are logged in to the Console	Branch and user role are now both displayed when staff are logged in to the Console.	03/31/2025
New OPAC – Title details page	The status of other formats and editions are not displayed accurately on the title details page	Processing has been updated to accurately displayed the status of other formats and editions on the title details page.	03/31/2025
Console – Catalog search	Availability information in the catalog search results list is not always accurate to the actual item availability.	Processing has been updated to accurately display the items’ availabilities.	03/31/2025
New OPAC – My lists  > Community list	The description field for a patron’s community list allows the patron to enter more than the 250 characters listed as the limit on the field.	Field validation has been updated to allow only 250 characters to be entered in the field.	03/31/2025
Client - Add newsletter client	If the system option LRBSEXE was enabled, a pop-up would appear saying 'Person/institution is not selected'.	The popup is not relevant for newsletter subscriptions and will no longer appear.	03/24/2025
Manager	Sometimes when entering an incorrect password, the login was immediately locked and even a correct password did not work anymore. Only by refreshing the screen could be logged in with the correct password.	If an incorrect password is entered followed by a correct password, it will be recognized.	03/24/2025
Holds (Client/Console)	When an item is on hold (status = R) and the item has another item level hold, the most recent hold request number is displayed instead of the current hold request number.	Coding has been adjusted so that the hold request number displayed matches the hold request for the first patron hold.	03/24/2025
Client - Item detail > Edit group 2	In some cases, it was no longer possible to make edits in group 2 of the item detail. This was caused by the filter on the drop-downs not handling empty or unknown values properly in some cases, causing the screen to not load properly.	A change has been made to the code that now resolves this issue.	03/17/2025
New My account – My account details	When a phone number or email address was changed in My Menu, the customer's date of birth was set back by 1 day.	The code for adjusting these modals has been adjusted so that the date of birth is not changed.	03/17/2025
New My account – My account details	Customers with a subscription and a newsletter role can change their address regardless of what is set in the my menu method.	If the address cannot be changed, then neither can customers who also have a newsletter role.	03/17/2025
New OPAC - Search	Titles are not returned as expected when the search query has stop words + one regular word.	A change was made to the search query and code that now resolves the issue.	03/17/2025
New OPAC – Subscribe for newsletter	Preferred name fields are not displaying in Subscribe for Newsletter page when the system option ADDL_NM is set to Yes.	Coding has been updated so that preferred name fields display in Subscribe for Newsletter page when the system option ADDL_NM is set to Yes	03/17/2025
New OPAC – Online registration	Preferred name fields are not displaying in the Register for library account page when the system option ADDL_NM is set to Yes. New OPAC – Returning Hoopla resources	Patrons were unable to check-in Hoopla digital items that they had checked out.	Coding has been updated to that Hoopla digitals items can now be checked in.	03/17/2025
Catalog	If the last copy of a title was discarded off and there was a hold on it, the title would not be correctly moved to the bottom after the discard during the night run when the hold was processed.	When processing a hold during the night run, the title is placed in the title updater. If there are no more copies attached to the title, the title goes to the bottom.	03/10/2025
Client - Titles > Order administration > Journal overview	In some cases, the wrong General Ledger Description was displayed in the journal overview.	An adjustment has been made to the code so that the correct General Ledger description is now picked up.	03/10/2025
Client - Customer administration	When changing the name and address details, some fields were incorrectly marked as mandatory.	Adjustment to the customer type definition ensures that these fields are no longer required when not made required in the customer type definition.	03/10/2025
Catalog > Title (title type = T) > Subscription	If the title type is changed from Q to T, the correct dialog box with only 1 year field will appear when receiving a new copy via Catalog > Title > Subscription. If the year and edition number are then filled in correctly (e.g. 2025, number 01), a second year will be filled in in the background and after clicking on "Continue" you will receive a message "Period [2025/25] Number [01] Is period correct?". If you click on "Yes" in this message*, the magazine will be received. For the Subscription, the Last number is now 20252501. A new year title has also been created "[Single issues 2025/25]".	For titles with title type 'T', magazine calendar year, a second year is no longer automatically filled in the background. This will ensure that the Latest issue for the relevant subscription is correctly filled in with the year and edition number, e.g. 2025 01.   Even if for some other reason the Last issue of a subscription with title type 'T' is not correct, the Last issue will be recorded correctly upon receipt of a new copy.	03/10/2025
Client - Selections and statistics	If the greater than sign > was used for customers, number of loans, “incl network”, then patrons with 0 loans were also shown.	The underlying query is updated so that, the check mark “incl network” searches for patrons who have a role in an institution within the network. The section “incl network” gives the loans of the patrons in institutions in the network.	03/10/2025
New OPAC – My account > -- > Digital content	When trying to look at the items on the Digital content tabs (My holds and My Checkouts), the system would display an error rather than the items.	The display processing of the items on the Digital content tabs has been updated to eliminate the issue generating the error.	03/10/2025
Manager – systemWise > Wisecat+ configuration > Wisecat+ menu	The top pane of the main page of the new OPAC always displayed branch switching, a shopping cart, and language options.	The top pane of the main page of the new OPAC is now configurable. The library can decide which, if any, of the options display: branch switching, shopping cart, and language options.	03/10/2025
New OPAC – Online subscription	An error message is displayed when clicking on the Subscribe button after filling out the required fields in the process of registering a new patron.	Some information fields that are mandatory, but were not marked as mandatory, have been marked. The registration process prevents a patron from attempting to Subscribe before all mandatory information is provided.	03/10/2025
Client – Various drop-down menus	In several places in the Client, sometimes when only viewing a value in the dropdown, the first value from the dropdown list was also inadvertently selected.	A change has been made to so that unintended value is no longer selected.	03/03/2025
Console – Catalog > Title detail, item detail, and title metadata detail displays OPAC > Title detail, item detail, and title metadata detail displays	Hold configuration descriptions (RMT) were used for display in these areas.	In the Console and the OPAC, the material type descriptions (RMTSYS) for display and drop-down values in these areas. The Client behavior will remain unchanged.	03/03/2025
Manager - systemWise > Wisecat+ configuration > Wisecat+ menu   (New OPAC)	Branch switching, the shopping cart, and language options are always visible at the top of the new OPAC page.	A set of options has been added to the new OPAC (Wisecat+) configuration page in the manager allowing libraries control the visibility of branch switching, the shopping cart, and language options.	03/03/2025
New OPAC	When a user forgets their password and attempts to reset it, they receive an error.	Processing has been updated so the user receives a success message indicating an email has been sent with instructions for resetting their password.	03/03/2025
Client > Customers > Overviews	BIRT reports 48 and 481 produced empty reports for some systems.	The query that creates these reports has been made more efficient, so that it now shows data again.	02/24/2025
Manager > Report 10 Day Count (Circulation > Daily Counts)	Multiple actions cannot be entered for the Daily Counts report (rapport 10).	The character limit of the 'Action Type' field has been increased from 10 to 255 characters.	02/24/2025
Console – Item details	The held for branch was not displaying the correct branch code and name for held items	Processing has been updated to the held for branch field is accurately populated.	02/24/2025
Console – Item request manager	Material type was saved as a description in the item request manager and as a code in new My account > My request. As a result, no value showed in the item request manager when looking at requests created in the new My account > My requests.	Processing has been updated in the Console to store the request’s material type as a code rather than a description. Following the change all new requests will have a visible material description. (Product will work with individual libraries to update their older requests to replace stored material descriptions with the appropriate material codes.)	02/24/2025
Client - Titles > Overviews (8.0.0)	The Initial Location Order Overview report in some cases counts all material types under the same legal owner.	The report query has been improved to better count material types by legal owner.	02/17/2025
Manager – Systemwise messages	A rule for inbox is created if a CNF/M or CNH/M is bounced while inbox for CNxx is not coded. (And therefore, not processed with system rule CNH/I.)	If a CNx-mail message is bounced, it now applies that - regardless of any message preference method and - not older than 4 days, the message will always be resubmitted as a Form.	02/17/2025
Console – Catalog	The Console catalog search was referencing the patron collection rather than the staff collection. As a result, public title blocks were not visible and e-content titles were visible. Neither of those situations was describes. Client - Customer Administration	It was no longer possible to change a patron’s subscription multiple times in one day.	It is again possible to change the subscription multiple times in a row or in a day. A message is shown with a warning that the subscription has already been changed today.	02/17/2025
Console – Catalog	The count of available items for any title presented as 0, not the actual count of available items on the title.	The processing has been updated to accurately present the number of available items for a title	02/17/2025
REST API	When placing a hold, in some cases, the limit on the number of holds that can be placed was not applied correctly.	An adjustment has been made to how Wise looks at the max number of holds when you select a different branch as pickupBranch than the one you are logged in with. This means that the maximum number of holds limit is respected.	02/17/2025
Client - Catalog > Title > Items	When multiple items are selected on the title page, several actions can be performed via the right-click menu. One of these actions was "Relabel". However, relabeling cannot be performed on multiple items at once. When this action was chosen, only the top item of the selected list was changed.	When selecting multiple items  on the title page, the "Relabel" option in the right-click menu is now unavailable (it is 'greyed-out').	02/17/2025
Client - Statistics and selections	When making selections with multiple selection rules, all the values would not persist if you selected multiple values and later wanted to make an adjustment.	If multiple rules and values are selected, this selection will be visible when the dropdown is reopened for adjustment.	02/10/2025
Client - Items > BCB/RCB reports > Action items list	Occasionally items are relocated (action H) to the order manager, which is not the intention.	The procedure has been updates so that the items no longer go to the order manager, but can be processed at the branch itself.	02/10/2025
Manager - Search	When the search option in the manager was opened and then “Close” was selected without entering a search term, a message appeared stating that at least 1 character had to be entered.	You can now select “Close” without any search criteria.	02/10/2025
Client > Order Administration > Search Order	When searching via the available search entries for an order (invoice), the full number of order lines was not always shown.	An adjustment has been made to the underlying query so that the information is now displayed as expected.	02/10/2025
New OPAC - My Account > Online payments	The page was titled “Ideal transacties”.	The page titled has been updated and now displays “Online payments.”	02/10/2025
Client > Statistics and Selections	If the greater than operator “>” was used for customers - BIEB-GEBR - number of loan, then actors with 0 loans were also shown.	The same table was called twice with the query. This was incorrect. An adjustment has been made so that the table is only called once and the selection has the expected effect.	02/03/2025
Console – Date picker calendar	The date picker calendar in the Console ran Monday through Sunday. The preferred order is Sunday through Saturday.	The date picker calendar has been adjusted to run Sunday through Saturday.	01/27/2025
Console – Circulation > Check in	System returned a 500 response when cancelling a check in for an item that has a hold.	Processing was adjusted so that if a check-in is cancelled, the item can be checked in again without issue.	01/27/2025
BIRT report – Customers > Overviews > Policy (rapport2)	The values in the columns Sector, Renewable, and Count in total displayed in Dutch – Bieb, Ja, Nee.	The data in  those fields have been translated and display as Library, Yes, No.	01/20/2025
Client > Order Administration and Selections and Statistics	When selecting on set type order lines, after double-clicking on a line from the set the information in the Orders screen was not completely filled in.	The population of the Orders screen has been adjusted so all expected order information is now shown again.	01/20/2025
Console - Point of sale Manager - Finance > Booking codes > Registration table > Store sales	Store sale items that were marked in the Manager “Hide at service desk” were shown in Console Point of sale.	Store sale item processing has been updated in the Console to use the “Hide at service desk” checkbox.	01/13/2025
BIRT report - Transport overview ILL requests and deliveries Holds > Overviews > Transport overview ILL requests and deliveries	Report failed on a MySql read-only error.	Report has been reworked to run as expected – no database access failures.	01/13/2025
Statistics and Selections > Selections	When running a selection under the Financial set type and then exporting categories other than the fields on the Financial tab, the BIRT report runs with some Dutch headings.	Heading have been translated to English	01/13/2025
Client - Items > Link to order files	When the shelf is modified during pairing, the shelf table of the placement location is visible in the shelf drop-down menu. However, if a shelf is selected, it is retrieved from the shelf table of the Owner. If it does not have a shelf table, the shelf is retrieved from the Central shelf table. If the selected shelf does not exist in the Owner's shelf table or the Central shelf table, the shelf field will remain empty.	The underlying problem has been resolved. When the shelf is adjusted in the Link to order files screen, it is retrieved from the correct shelf table, that of the locatio).	01/13/2025
