The following is a list of recent updates and bug fixes. For more information, contact OCLC Support
Note: Weekly updates will be present in Wise Test instances on the Wednesday of the week indicated below, and in Production the following Monday.

Console – Customer record > Financial | When attempting to resolve charges in the Console, some monetary values will leave one cent attached to the item, effectively keeping the transaction from clear the material. | Processing of the monetary transactions has been updated so that all values will pay the amount provided by the patron. | 04/14/2025 |

Client - Messages > notes | When preparing the invoice registrations, the message 'failed' occasionally appeared. | Once the procedure (in the DB) is started it will be completed but the processing time may be too long for the waiting client and the 'Failed' message will be displayed. Client - Add newsletter client | If the system option LRBSEXE was enabled, a pop-up would appear saying 'Person/institution is not selected'. | The popup is not relevant for newsletter subscriptions and will no longer appear. | 03/24/2025 |
Manager | Sometimes when entering an incorrect password, the login was immediately locked and even a correct password did not work anymore. Only by refreshing the screen could be logged in with the correct password. | If an incorrect password is entered followed by a correct password, it will be recognized. | 03/24/2025 |
Holds (Client/Console) | When an item is on hold (status = R) and the item has another item level hold, the most recent hold request number is displayed instead of the current hold request number. | Coding has been adjusted so that the hold request number displayed matches the hold request for the first patron hold. | 03/24/2025 |
Client - Item detail > Edit group 2 | In some cases, it was no longer possible to make edits in group 2 of the item detail. This was caused by the filter on the drop-downs not handling empty or unknown values properly in some cases, causing the screen to not load properly. |

New My account – My account details | When a phone number or email address was changed in My Menu, the customer's date of birth was set back by 1 day. | The code for adjusting these modals has been adjusted so that the date of birth is not changed. | 03/17/2025 |

Catalog | If the last copy of a title was discarded off and there was a hold on it, the title would not be correctly moved to the bottom after the discard during the night run when the hold was processed. | When processing a hold during the night run, the title is placed in the title updater. If there are no more copies attached to the title, the title goes to the bottom. | 03/10/2025 |
Client - Titles > Order administration > Journal overview | In some cases, the wrong General Ledger Description was displayed in the journal overview. | An adjustment has been made to the code so that the correct General Ledger description is now picked up. | 03/10/2025 |
Client - Customer administration | When changing the name and address details, some fields were incorrectly marked as mandatory. | Adjustment to the customer type definition ensures that these fields are no longer required when not made required in the customer type definition. | 03/10/2025 |
Catalog > Title (title type = T) > Subscription | If the title type is changed from Q to T, the correct dialog box with only 1 year field will appear when receiving a new copy via Catalog > Title > Subscription. If the year and edition number are then filled in correctly (e.g. 2025, number 01), a second year will be filled in in the background and after clicking on "Continue" you will receive a message "Period [2025/25] Number [01] Is period correct?". If you click on "Yes" in this message*, the magazine will be received. For the Subscription, the Last number is now 20252501. A new year title has also been created "[Single issues 2025/25]". |
For titles with title type 'T', magazine calendar year, a second year is no longer automatically filled in the background. This will ensure that the Latest issue for the relevant subscription is correctly filled in with the year and edition number, e.g. 2025 01. Even if for some other reason the Last issue of a subscription with title type 'T' is not correct, the Last issue will be recorded correctly upon receipt of a new copy. |

Client - Selections and statistics | If the greater than sign > was used for customers, number of loans, “incl network”, then patrons with 0 loans were also shown. | The underlying query is updated so that, the check mark “incl network” searches for patrons who have a role in an institution within the network.
