Is it possible to impose a limit per customer as to how many items they can request for purchase (IRM)?

Limits to the number of requests to purchase can be added or adjusted by contacting OCLC Support. Limits are set by membership type, and each membership type can have a customized number of requests per month, and only a set number of open requests at one time.
