Can I change the pickup location for a hold that is already trapped and on the hold shelf?

Answer

Yes, you can change the pickup location for a hold, even if it has already been placed on the shelf and the customer has been messaged. From the Hold request screen, click Change at the bottom of the screen, and selecting a new pickup location from the dropdown, then click OK.

Additional information

 Caution: This action will not print a new transit slip. It is recommended that a hand-written slip is created and placed with the item prior to placing the item in a transit receptacle.
