How can we load custom .wav files into the system to use for sound settings in the client?

Add the .wav sound file at the resources level in the Client
1. In the client, go to Branch management > File management.
2. Right-click on the resources folder and select Create folder [SOUND]
3. Once the folder is created, right-click on the SOUND folder under Resources and select Upload file. This is stored on the server and can be applied to other instances of the client.
