Answer
When a library marks a subscription as canceled, they should also enter the subscription end date in the until field (see attached image).
Additional information
It is recommended that you wait to enter a date in the until field until the subscription is canceled or ended (do not fill it when creating a new subscription), but if you know that the subscription will end on a certain date, you can enter that date and change the status. Wise will continue to look for new issues until that date arrives.
