Merged titles
Learn how to create a report that shows an overview of titles that have been merged during a selected time range.
The Merged titles report provides an overview of titles merged during a selected time range. Information generated in this report includes the following:
| Column | Description |
|---|---|
| Date/time | The time and date when the merge took place. |
| Title number (source) | The title number for the title that was merged. |
| Title (source) | The title that was merged. |
| Title number (target) | The title number that the source title was merged into. |
| Title (target) | The title that the source title was merged into. |
| Branch | The branch that the user was signed in under when the merge took place. |
| User | The account that the merge was initiated by. |
To run the report and view merged titles:
- Go to Titles > Overviews > Merged titles. The Merged titles report window opens.
- Click the calendar icon to the right of the Period field to select a start date for the report.
- Click the calendar icon to the right of the "up to and including" field to select an end date for the report.
- Click Create report. The Merged titles report opens in your browser window.
