Bills checklist

Learn how to generate a checklist of items that have bills generated for them in the Wise staff client, so that staff can confirm the items are not on the shelf.

The Bills checklist overview checks to see if items that are marked to be billed for are located on a shelf. The Bills checklist includes the bills file. Only items with the status Prepared appear in the overview.

To generate the Bills checklist overview:

  1. Go to Notifications > Overviews > Bills checklist. The Bills checklist window opens.
  2. Select preferences for the overview. Fields marked with an asterisk (*) are required. 
    Field Description

    Branch*

    Select a branch to include in the report. Use ctrl+click to select multiple branches.

    Invoice date

    Date when the item was selected for an invoice.

    Extra customer line

    Select:

    • 1 - Shelf + label
    • 2 - Shelf
    • 3 - Label

    Location

    When placing, you can choose cabinet + label, cabinet or label.

  3. Click Create report. The report is generated in your web browser. 

The report displays the following details:

  • Barcode
  • Title ID
  • Author
  • Title
  • Loan date
  • Return date
  • Invoice date
  • Location
  • Customer name
  • Notification

If Yes was selected for Extra customer line, these details will display:

  • Address
  • Telephone number
  • Email address
