Recover your Wise staff client username or password

Learn how to recover your staff username or password.

Recover your staff client username

It is possible to recover your username for the staff client as long as an email address is included in your account information. To recover your username:

  1. Double click on the Wise icon on your workstation. The Wise Client window opens. After the system loads, a Log in window opens.
  2. Click Did you forget your username?. An Email window opens.
  3. Enter the email address associated with the account and click OK.
    • If an email address that is not associated with an account is entered, an error message will appear.
    • If a valid email address is entered, a confirmation message appears and an email is sent to the address with your username.

Reset your staff client password 

It is possible to reset your password for the staff client as long as an email address is included in your account information. To reset your password:

  1. Double click on the Wise icon on your workstation. The Wise Client window opens. After the system loads, a Log in window opens.
  2. Click Forgot your password?. An Email window opens.
  3. Enter the email address associated with the account and click OK.
    • If an email address that is not associated with an account is entered, an error message will appear.
    • If a valid email address is entered, a confirmation message appears and an email is sent to the address with instructions to reset the password.
