Learn how to view and print test receipts in the Wise staff client.

XML receipts can be tested within the Wise client at Branch management > Test XML receipts. The layout of all receipts is configured in the Wise configuration manager.

You can configure the type of receipts printed for each function in the service desk profile. The option Test XML receipts shows the layout for each receipt and where the information isolated.

To test receipts:

Select a Receipt type from the drop-down list.
Select an Example file from the drop-down list.
Click Show receipt to preview the receipt in the screen or click Print receipt to print a copy of the receipt.
