My checkouts view

Find details about checked-out items and renew items within the My checkouts screen.

A list of items that are currently checked out can be viewed and edited on the My checkouts screen in the web catalog. To access My checkouts, log in to your account and go to My Account > My checkouts.

 Note:  If you have authorized a customer to renew items on your behalf, your items that are eligible for renewal will also appear under that customer's My Checkouts section.

The page displays items currently checked out by the customer ten at a time. Use the pagination at the bottom of the screen to view additional items. If enabled by your library, the customer can also renew items on this screen.

My checkouts details 

The My checkouts page has two tabs: Physical Materials and Digital Content. Each tab displays the total number of items (physical or digital) checked out at the top of the page. Below that, an image and title of each item is listed, along with lending details:

  • Checked out on
  • Return date (The date the item is due)
  • From branch

The status of each borrowed item appears in a colored box next to the item:

  • Overdue (red)
  • Return (yellow)
  • Number of days until due (green, when the due date is more than one week away)

Renew items 

If an item is eligible for renewal, a button Renew selected items button appears on the screen. Click the button and then confirm the renewal. The status and return date are updated.
