The Wise marketing workbench enables your library to segment, select and inform customers.
- Customer segmentation via customer labels
Customers can be assigned customer labels that distinguish customer segments. There are 3 types of labels: automatically generated system labels, based on data in Wise, import labels that are generated based on an import file, and free labels that you can create yourself. You can assign labels to a group of customers using batch changes. - Make customer selections
With the marketing module selection tool, you can quickly make selections of customer data. The information that this provides forms the basis for your marketing campaigns and analysis. - Personal approach through newsletters, among other things
When you know what is appealing to your users and can see behavior patterns, you can approach your customers in a segmented way. Wise has various options for this: specific texts on lending machines and on loan receipts, screen messages on the website, inbox messages, etc.
Some system configuration is required in order to use the Wise Marketing workbench. There are a number of tables in the Wise configuration manager that allow the workbench to function and interact with the staff client. Correct configuration of these settings will require decisions from marketing staff at your library.
